In this year's QMH consultation session, we’re doing a clinical deep dive into four different areas. You’ll have the choice of which consultation group you wish to attend. We’ll let you know if your case is chosen - even if it is not, there may be time for last minute additions to the lineup.

Janèle Lajoie will lead a case consultation group focusing on Sex, Intimacy and Desire.

Shadi K will lead a case consultation group focusing on Chronic Illness and Disability.

Aziz Mirza will lead a case consultation group about using Systems to Work Through Stuck Dynamics and Competing Needs.

Alice Curitz will be available to ask business related questions. (No need to submit questions ahead of time for this one, but feel free to do so if you’d like!)

We will build practical skills around:

• How to intervene relationally and ethically

• How to assess without pathologizing

• How to navigate shame and internalized stigma

• How to avoid reinforcing ableism and normative assumptions
