A unique offering for relationship therapists seeking to engage in a transformative experience both personally and professionally.
BEGINS SEPTEMBER 2026
If you’re passionate about relational work and are looking to gain valuable new skills while being supported in community with other therapists, then this one-of-a-kind opportunity may be just what you’re looking for.
Are you a relationship therapist seeking dynamic and experiential training and supervision?
Do you feel like you attend trainings and learn new skills but miss the connection and ongoing support of group supervision?
Are you excited to implement what you’ve learned but feel a lack of ongoing support to help you gradually build these new skills into the work you do session-to-session?
Do you love the support you receive in supervision but long for more structured learning opportunities within that space?
This unique 10-month opportunity has been designed with you in mind.
Join me for monthly small-cohort group supervision that includes structured training topics specifically chosen to enhance your practice and spaciousness to receive support on cases while you implement what you’re learning as we go.
Relationship therapy is my true passion. I could talk about it all day every day (and I often do)! I want to share my passion with you, as well as offer a transformative approach to engaging more wholly and effectively in the work you do. While I have trained in several coupes therapy modalities, I lean heavily into the Developmental Model for Couples Therapy and have designed this program around the fundamental values and competencies of this modality. The beauty of this modality is that it’s not prescriptive and doesn’t require you to follow specific protocols or abandon the other modalities that you love. In fact, it serves to significantly elevate the skills you already have and allows you to reach new levels of clinical work that feel authentic, aligned, and exciting. Additionally, this model is so simple to individualize that it is accessible and appropriate for therapists and clients of all backgrounds, cultures, and ages, as well as queer, neurodivergent, monogamous, and polyamorous folks.
Over the course of our 10 months together, I’ll guide you through a variety of theories and tools that will provide a solid basis for understanding and implementing the core principals of the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy in your work, as well as having ample time to discuss your cases and clinical questions.
This offering is designed for a small cohort with no more than 8 people so that you can build meaningful relationships with one another and there is access to a private Slack channel to remain connected between sessions.
Each session is 2.5 hours, with 1-hour of training followed by a short break and then 1.25 hours of group supervision. As such, you’ll receive a total of 10 CE hours (with a certificate of completion at the end) and 12.5 hours of supervision over the duration of the program. Should you desire individual or dyadic supervision with me outside of the group sessions, these are available to you at a significantly reduced rate throughout your time in the program.

Requirements and Logistics
This supervision and training program is intended for therapists already offering relationship therapy. While it isn’t necessary to have completed a set amount of relationship therapy client hours, I do ask that you have at least six months under your belt.
This group is not appropriate for students (if you are a counselling student interested in supervision, please reach out to me directly and we can discuss options that would best suit your needs).
All sessions take place via Zoom, and you are asked to keep you camera on for the duration of each call (exceptions for short breaks or accessibility needs). We start on time, so please arrive a few minutes early to ensure we can all begin together.
You will have access to a private chat channel where you can share resources, ask questions, request referrals, talk about how things are going for you, and grow connections with one another. There is no minimum interaction requirement for this. It is a wonderful way to increase the sense of connection and community and so you are encouraged to be active to your comfort and accessibility.
This is a 10-month commitment and is not a drop-in style group. Unexpected or unavoidable absences are understandable, but you should sign up with the intention to attend all sessions. Additionally, our sessions will not be recorded and so there is no option to catch up should you miss a month (however, you will be provided any handouts and resources to ensure you have access to all the materials).
*Completion of this program does not provide certification or formal training in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy.
Pricing
A core component of this offering is the commitment to your own growth and to being in community with one another. This is reflected in the pricing policies. In signing up for this group, you are committing to the full 10 months.
This program fee is offered on a scale, and I invite you to select an amount within that which feels aligned and accessible for you. It can sometimes be tough to figure out where to land, so I encourage you to consider how much you charge for your full-fee clients, how much of your caseload is sliding scale, your personal financial situation (housing, costs of living etc.), and your own intersections of privilege and marginalization. The rate you choose should not put you in financial hardship and should simultaneously honour the experience you will receive through the program. The rate you select will not impact your acceptance into the program, as you will determine this rate after you have been accepted.
Fee Scale: $1950 - $2875 CAD
(This fee scale is for the entire program, and works out to a range of $78 - $115 per hour. Clinical Supervision is tax exempt.)
Upon acceptance to the program, you will select one of three payment options:
Option 1: Payment in Full
Due upon acceptance
Option 2: Quarterly Payments
$250 deposit due upon acceptance followed by equal payments of the balance due September 1st 2026, December 1st 2026, and March 1st 2027
Option 3: Monthly Payments
$250 deposit due upon acceptance followed by equal payments of the balance due on the 1st of each month for 8 months starting September 1st 2026
Payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card. If you sign up for options 2 or 3, you will be required to keep a valid credit card on file even if you choose to pay via e-transfer. Receipts will always be provided.
Refund Policy: Until July 30th 2026, a full refund minus the $250 deposit. After August 1st 2026, no refunds. Registration is transferrable subject to a $75 administrative fee.
Should you desire individual or dyadic supervision with me at any point during the program, you can access 50-minute supervision sessions at a reduced rate for program participants only. Individual sessions are $175 and dyadic are $105 per person.
How to Register
This supervision and training program is intentionally designed to provide space for you to learn, grow, feel challenged, supported, and co-create a community of likeminded therapists. In order to do this, it’s vital that the cohort not be too big which is why I’m limiting each cohort to 8 people. Due to the limited capacity of the program and the need for group cohesion, I’m inviting interested individuals to submit an expression of interest using the form below. You’ll hear back from me shortly after your submit the form. Once you’re accepted, you’ll select a payment option that works best for you and away we go!
About me
Alice Curitz, PhD RCC CCC CST RCT
Hi, I’m Alice (she/they), and I’m the Founder and Director of Our Landing Place.
I’m quite literally obsessed with relationship therapy. I live and breathe this work! I work with monogamous and polyamorous relationships, both queer and straight, with a goal to support my clients in making the most meaningful long-term changes that will get them to the places they want to be.
When I started this work, I trained in Gottman and EFT. While I found so much benefit in both modalities, I was constantly adjusting the approaches to actually work for the people I was seeing. I had assumed that was just how it was and that I’d always have to do that with any modalities I trained in until I found the Developmental Model. I can’t even begin to tell you how life-changing this model has been for me.
In the Developmental Model I found an incredibly powerful way to facilitate long-lasting and meaningful change in my clients without needing to worry about whether or not the approach was appropriate for the unique humans I was working with. Inherently, this approach works for everyone (including us queer and neurodivergent therapists!) because it isn’t prescriptive and there aren’t overly-structured exercises that limit therapy’s potential.
Over the years I’ve invested an enormous amount of time in advanced intensive trainings and supervision in the model, as well as continuing to explore other modalities that compliment the work well. I’ve been fortunate to train under some of the world’s leading therapists, including Martha Kauppi, Terry Real, Emily Nagoski, Sue Johnson, Fiona O’Farrell, Jo Kort, and Dick Schwarz.
I’ve offered trainings in sex therapy and queer relationship therapy for several years, and have supervised emerging and experienced therapists in both individual and relationship work. I love to share what I know and consider myself a student alongside you. I’m here to offer you new ways to conceptualize your work as well as helping you to grow your confidence and find your own voice as a therapist.
