HRT and Surgical Assessment Support

Direct Support

Accessing HRT and surgical assessments for trans individuals has improved over the years, but many still encounter systemic barriers to care. The journey toward self-actualization can be costly, often not covered by insurance, or hard to access locally. We have qualified and inclusive clinicians ready to provide HRT and surgical assessment letters for trans people across Canada, but we need your support to extend this important work to communities who need financial support.

We’ve developed a few simple ways for you to help out. First, if you want to directly pay for a trans person’s assessment, you can simply purchase one via our Direct Support program. Second, if you want to contribute via our tiered supporters program, read more below.
