Queering Mental Health 2025 Presenter Submission

As we begin to plan our 2025 conference, the most important component is our presenters. We pride ourselves on carefully curating nuanced and unique perspectives on 2SLGBTQIA+ mental health, and we’re excited to hear about what you’re passionate about sharing with our attendees.
Please fill out this form to submit a proposal for the 2025 conference taking place on April 24 & 25. If you wish to submit more than one proposal, please use a separate form for each one.
The deadline to submit is June 15th, and we will respond to everyone who submitted a proposal by August 15th.
Important Information
All presentations take place live online (Zoom) and are recorded with access given to registered attendees who cannot attend live. Attendees will only have streaming access for 90 days after the conference and will not have access to download any recordings.
Session presentations are either 60 or 90 minutes in length.
Session presenters are paid an honorarium of $250 (CAD) per 60-minute presentation (pro-rated for 90-minute presentations) as well as full access to the entire conference.
