I’m a queer, fat, feminist, white settler therapist with proud working-class roots and a deep love for stories—especially the ones we tell ourselves, rewrite, and reclaim.
Before becoming a social worker, I spent years teaching, organizing, and working alongside systemically marginalized folks trying to navigate a world not meant for us.
A longtime practitioner of Wicca, I draw on earth-based spiritual traditions that honour intuition, interconnectedness, and cycles of transformation—values that also inform my therapeutic work.
I work best with people who want to make sense of the messy stuff: trauma, identity, burnout, big feelings, and the weird contradictions of trying to be human in this messed up world.
Outside of the therapy room, I teach university courses, serve on the board of Amethyst Centre Ottawa, facilitate trainings on power and privilege, and lead a walking tour on the history Calgary's sex industry.
When I’m not working, you can find me singing in my local community chorus, reading mysteries, or in the woods, hiking with my dogs. I believe healing is political, laughter is sacred, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in feminist anti-oppressive practice. I draw from relational, narrative, and parts work modalities, weaving in somatic and mindfulness-based tools when they support your process.
My longtime practice of Wicca, an earth-based spiritual tradition, informs how I show up in the room—with deep respect for intuition, interconnectedness, and the natural cycles of change and transformation we all move through.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Whether you’re navigating grief, identity, burnout, or just trying to figure out what’s next, I aim to co-create a space where you feel seen, heard, and able to explore both the hard stuff and the moments of possibility. I welcome all the messy, complex parts of you, and believe that healing can be both powerful and deeply human.

Because I'm a university professor, my schedule (and therefore my availability) changes with the semesters. I am generally available on Weekday mornings (in Mountain Time), with occasional availability on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Until August 31, I will work in MT. After that, I'll be (mostly) in ET.
