Monogamy Detox Course
Mel Cassidy’s Monogamy Detox Course is an incredible 6-week, immersive experience.
Mel is a dedicated and qualified professional who has been coaching individuals in polyamorous and consensual non-monogamous relationships for 6+years, and this work is a unique offering they’ve created to support more trauma-informed awareness and practices in the non-monogamy community.
Knowing Mel and having benefited from their work, we enthusiastically recommend this course to anyone interested in levelling-up their relationships. Even folks who have been doing polyamory for a long time have found that it’s given them new insights and transformed how they engage in their relationships.
The course takes a trauma-informed approach and includes live weekly calls, plus coursework activities and lots of materials to help you dig into the unconscious ways that patriarchal monogamy has been sabotaging your relationships. It’s focussed on Polyamory and Relationship Anarchy, but with the emphasis on decolonising relationships and conscious relating work, even monogamous folks will find it beneficial. PLUS, it’s life-time access, so every time the course is offered again (twice a year) you can re-take it!
